How do I make a booking?

Bookings can be made by clicking the above “Book now” button or alternatively on our social media pages.

Is my deposit refundable?

Unfortunately all deposits are non refundable and non transferable.

Can I bring my friends and family to my appointment?

Please come alone to your appointments, whether it's for a bridal trial or occasion makeup. Unfortunately, I won’t be able to accommodate additional guests, and I wouldn’t want to have to turn anyone away. Thank you for understanding!

How long will the appointment take?

No longer than 1 hour dependant on what you require.

Do you offer mobile appointments?

I am usually mobile for 2 or more people. Travel charges do apply (50p per mile) & time charges are also applicable.

If you live in Bourne, no time or travel charges will apply.

What happens if I am running late to my appointment?

I ask if you could please let me know if you are going to be late. If you are more then 10 minutes late, unfortunately we will be unable to go ahead with your appointment.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

If you decide to cancel your appointment within 48 hours you will incur a charge of 50% of the appointment. Cancelling within 24 hours or you NO SHOW to your appointment, you will incur the full appointment price. If you fail to pay in these circumstances we will not take any further bookings from you.

When does my bridal balance have to be paid?

You can pay your balance at your trial, but no later than 4 weeks before your wedding date.

Can we add wedding guests on to my Bridal Party wedding morning?

If we are ahead schedule and can accommodate any add on guests, of course we would love to get them ready, although as much notice as possible is preferable.
